Ukkos Faith (Ukon usko) was a religion founded in Finland in the beginning of 20th century. Ukkos faith was an attempt to revive the old Finnish paganism. Ukkos faith was mostly made by mixing old Finnish and other nordic traditions, and modern imagination. The problem, however, was that this faith was very much political, much of its purpose was to make the Finnish national identity stronger. Therefore the faith became weak-rooted, and was mostly abandoned and forgotten.

There is also a different attempt to revive the ancient Finnish pagan religion, which has succeeded a lot better than the Ukkos faith. See more about this faith in the article Finnish neopaganism.
